Zip in, Zip out -- Her.ph
[b]This is a fairly straightforward - "what you see is what you get" kind of site[b].
Basically, I'm trying to get some instructions out for how to swap messages in a clandestine-intercarrier-texting fashion.
I'd appreciate comments on this (non-navigabl) page.

Welcome aboard Her.ph,
We do ask that you participate in at least three critiques before asking for one on your own site. I think this will be particularly helpful to you as it will give you lots of ideas for your own site as well as helping out others.
Your site is very, well boring to the eye. I don't like the layout as it looks all jumbled and thrown together and that logo has got to be changed.
This may be a "what you see is what you get" kind of site but "what I saw didn't impress so I wouldn't want"
Come up with a much better logo, think about the layout and change the font!

Yes, this definitely needs a lot of work. First you need a colour scheme - just pick some colours that represent your site and use them! Stick to 2 or 3 colours plus white. Then you need a good logo - an easy way to do this is to just choose a unique font and type your site title using that. You have to do this in a graphics program of course, and save as a gif. Do this using one or more of the colours from your colour scheme.
Once this is done you need to work on your layout. Everything on here seems to be very randomly placed. Things need to be structured better. Alignment is a major problem here. I would suggest that you take a look at other sites to see how they have dealt with things like this.

Looks like you stood back and threw the contents at it.
you have 3 sections of infomation, you need to seperate these but add a style to it.
some of the pop ups and even the main page, the text is to close to the edge, leave the default margins or use blockquote tag or something, you dont have graphics so a margin of 0 is useless.
I've seen another phone site way back somewhere, where the navigation was on a actual phone on the left with content to the right, i'm not saying copy this idea but you do need something to make it worth looking at.
the pages from your links page is what? and why the tiny link after the © 2001
is your site really a "top mobile site" ?
The sister site is a lot better laid out, but the icon on that is badly done, but I dont think you want that site critiqued so i say no more.
good luck
