Divein.to: "it's personal" - what does that mean? It doesn't tell me what your site is supposed to be about, and your content doesn't help much. I think that you should focus more on the purpose of your site. Is this a portal maybe? Is it a freebie site? Is it a wallpaper site?
Now, as for the design. Your logo needs to be a lot bigger and the image quality isn't very good either. This is because you've got it saved as a .jpeg. In most cases, drawn images like this with hard lines should be saved as gif's.
Also work on the arrangement of your navigation boxes. On the main page the center one with the newsletter stuff extends a lot further down than the others. You should rearrange these so that all of the boxes together form a nice rectangular shape.
On the sub-pages, the left side navigation is way too long. A lot of that stuff (like newsletter sign-up, news headlines, great sites etc) could be taken off those pages and just appear on the main page. Either that or create a right side bar for that stuff. It always looks silly when a side navigation menu is a lot longer than the content area. Speaking of content, it doesn't look like you have much!
I'm getting pop-up windows on here quite often - that's really annoying. I wouldn't regularly use a site that has pop-up windows.
Otherwise the design looks alright. I like the little brackets you've used for the navigation boxes.
1) Yeah, logo definitely needs to be bigger. Image quality needs to be better too. Why not also try moving the banner ad up to the right of it so it doesn't push the content down too far?
2) I think you should move the news down into one of those bracket looking area. The content is just too far pushed down currently.
3) The small fonts will be hard to read on Macs and PCs with large resolution sizes (say 1600x1200). I'd make them all default sized.

First, the white space at the bottom where you hid all of the keywords just looks... wrong.
The links look really spoony the way they are. [With part of the link being an unchanging red.]
I don't really like how the little cut squares are... they just don't look good for some reason.
I couldn't really tell what a lot of the parts of the site are about/for.
Ahh! You have automatic pop-ups on the subpages! No! No! No!
All in all, I think it needs work..

Other then that I guess it's ok...

I see a lot of white space. This will make your page look dull.
