1) Get off FreeServers. Pay a couple bucks a month and get on a paid server with no ads. It's well worth it!
2) Set height and width attributes to the images so everything is jumping all over the page when it's loading.
3) Way too many animated GIFs on the main page. Gets a little annoying after a while. Either get rid of them all together or make non-animated versions.
4) On the main page the graphics don't match up on top or bottom. I would also add some text to the front page so people can figure out what the purpose of the site is.
5) The Flash animation is a cleaver idea, but I don't think it's too good. I would either make each page have a header like that, or take it away all together.
6) Don't link to pages with no content or under construction signs.
7) The colors = not too good. First, I would make the background white. Black works sometimes, but not for this site. Then I would maybe change the colors and make them a little darker. I don't know...

Is this signAture short enough?
Darn- I can't even spell right...

I appreciate your response, but there are reasons for the following:
1) The ad doesn't bother me since noone comes to the site except me and whoever I ask to. It's not on search engines yet and won't be until I decide it's done enough to be seen.
2) Will do.
3) The person who I am partners with is also the person who has paid everything for the site and spent hours of time working on getting videos and images. He insists on the images and I really can't do anything about it.
4) See #4. I would love to substitute the graphics for more information.
5) What do you mean you don't think it's too good? You mean the artistic portion of it isn't good?
6) The links are only so the flash is already done and I just need to substitute the real pages in the empty spaces.
7) I tried it on white and the colors don't stand out at all. It's supposed to be bright colors of blue and pink. they don't look bright at all with a white background.

The animated GIFs are quite cool though. I like your design, but the colors are too dark, make it brighter so that it has the atmosphere of a beach.

I agree about the animation. You should also just fix your text colours to match the graphic scheme - blue is really hard to read on a black background. It would probably be good if those headers in the middle were all the same colour (probably a bright pink to match), and then do the links in that bright blue you've used.
There are a couple of spots where the images aren't quite lining up (the left side of the "members" button, and the gadient line at the bottom of the content area). You might have to divide the page up into more cells to get that to work properly. (You've got a table with three cells there. BY default the vertical alignment of a table cell is the middle, so if the contents of your three cells aren't exactly the same height you're going to have a problem getting things to line-up. You're going to have to cut it up more - either bring this into photoshop and use guides to figure out where the table edges should be (if you don't have photoshop, just create a new layer in whatever you are using and draw lines on it). If all else fails print it out and draw on it with pencil. At the very least you're going to have to create a row for the top section and a row for the bottom - maybe something more complex if that won't let you align the rainbow circle logo thing right.
I actually really like the colours you've chosen. I think that they are very appropriate for this topic - flashy, exciting, fun. Overall the design is very appropriate for your topic. I like it!
The rainbow logo thing could use a litte fixing up. I think the text should be rotated some so "daytona" goes along the top- how do these things usually work? Should the text start and finish at the bottom or the top? I'm thinking the bottom... it just doesn't quite look right this way. Your other title, with the 3 D effect isn't working either. I would s**** that and try something different.

Again I appreciate the responses and will definately work on those things.
I could use some help with the table being used here that makes the members and the bottom graphics not line up. If you look at the source you will see that the td between the two is another table embedded into the original table. It works fine with IE5 on my computer but when I come to work I use NN4.5 and IE4 and it doesn't work.
I have tried so many graphics for the top logo (above members & guests) and nothing looks good. Please help with any suggestions of how to make something stand out. I primarily use Ulead Cool 3D and Photoshop 5.0.
The text colors will be fixed by about 12:30 PM EST if I can find the time. By some time this afternoon if all else fails.
Thanks again for the help.
