This one is in English, bad English, I know, but I didn`t write the texts.

I like the concept. I would centre the main content and have white space either side, i think it would suit the black and white photograph and balance the whole look. I'd also choose a prettier font, like Trebuchet.

I like it, no need to center, the repeat image on the side is a good addition to the unique look of the site, you should reduce the header on top and add up some texts over there, I might seem to get lost looking at it at first and remember the monkey figurines I had when I was little...

I know that the top image is kind of large, but the thing is the site must keep the Afterbusiness Catalogue looks.
But if you click on the menu links, other pictures will be displayed, and the site will be much colorfull, like this -> http://www.afterbusiness.ro/romania-tours-and-trips/bucovina-monasteries/the-painted-monasteries-of-bucovina.php

I had navigated your site on my first look so no need for the links, I understand you need to put pics that big at the top but my point in case is if the user uses a lower resolution screen all they can see is the pic and the top of the texts... So if it was my site, Id probably put the pics on a gallery or split the page in two columns and roll a thumbnail with desctiption on the left and put an imposing set of texts that describes what the site is all about, but thats just me...

The targeted people are pretty wealthy businessmen who can afford to pay 250 euro (about 300 dolars) for a 2 day trip in the mountains. And they have wide screens.

I think you need to seperate the navigation and content some more.
at 800x600 there was a grey/white image on the right hand side of the screen (behind the layout) during loading, looked like something was cut off, then the page loaded and it disappeared.

Your page titles could be cleaned up abit, things like "Editorial :: It's time to work! vs. It's time to relax! - After Business" is to long, maybe something like: "After Business, It's time to relax!" It uses the sites name in a sentence or rather a statement.
The URL's are way to long as well.

The content really needs more added to it, the hot air ballon trip for example, highlights are listed as: inflating, take off, floating, descending, deflating. I realise it's been translated and some of it may have been lost in the bad translation, but why would someone pay 240 euro to see a ballon inflate, float, desend and deflate ? could buy a kids ballon for a euro. A hot air ballon is about the flight, the freedom of the sky, the views, the excitement, the aventure ... getting the ballon up and down is also a highlight but it's what you see is the memory (and the really hot head you get). I went hot air balloning over the Grand Tetons, was amazing going through the clouds, seeing the snow cap peeks, the roads and rivers below looking like string ... I can still remember the scenery as if it was yesterday but can't remember the deflating of the ballon or how many burners were used to inflate it. Seeing the burners shoot into the balloon was cool too.
Enough about that lol

While your site has all the links and different images per topic it doesn't really feel like a complete site, feels more like seperate bouchures linked together

Few comments from me:

1) Reduce the top image size, there is a huge white space.
2) Add some background color (may be orange) for the left navigation menu.
3) Include sitemap which could attract more number of visitors from SE's.

Overall the site looks good and the way presented is simple but elegant. Best of luck!

Why should I include a site map? The menu is actually the site map. All the link are there....

What you really need is a banner. Some type of graphic for your site, maybe a small logo and your URL next to it. You also need to provide a quicky description of the site on or near the header. Something like: "The only place on the internet to find...", but atleast something.
