Yep, the fourth re-design of the site (i think this will be the last, i really like it.). Just a note: I didn't make the menu bar(s) an image map yet, so you don't have to tell me that. Link: http://www.fireburn.com/beta/

Thanks.

Green background? It's black. Yeah, I probably should make the text a little bigger, it reads perfectly on my 640x480 screen though. I saw that kinda background on alot of pages (the really fine line), and I saw the background where the text is on on another page, but everything else I thought up. Any more comments?

Hi there,
love the bk pattern and the banner. Very unique design. I like how it's confined to the first view---no scrolling Smiling.
I'm not real fond of askii characters all over the page (:: and -) but that could be a personal thing)
Text is bordering on "too small". I might try one size larger -- think of us aging webmasters/clients who refuse to wear glasses Smiling.
I really want to round off that bottom right corner but again that could just be my personal preference.

great job!!
take care,
Carolyn

Great color choice. I just hope all the sites don't start using orange. It is hard to give to much info, until you get your content all posted.

Are all your pages going to use the same design?

I agree that that text is to small. I could read it fine(I have a big monitor) but I would crank it up to a two, or use a stylesheet with a larger px value.

Got a couple of things.

1. not too keen on the ??green?? background color, but that could be personal preference.

2. Make the text size a size bigger. Size 1 is fine if you are viewing on a 17" or larger monitor or at 640x480, but on a small screen at 800x600, is very hard to read. Have the room, so bump it to size 2.

3. "technology braking" should be "technology breaking" I don't think you mean you plan on bringing technology to a screeching halt. Wink

Kinda like the Orange though...really stands out.

Actually was referring to the color of the background in your table. Liked the actual black bg.

Sorry for the confusion Smiling

Thanks everyone! I made the text bigger. Yeah, I like using :: to brake each link up (personal thing). The bottom is actually rounded off (not jagged), but the bgimage makes it look that way. All the pages will have the same design also.
