I think you have managed to spam your url to just about every forum subject here, but I'll give you a critique anyway.
first thing that I read is "Cutting edge technology" but your website is sadly not.
that yellow background has to go. you need a theme, everything is just thrown on there, use one font style and size, only use bold, for important things, underlines for links,
I dont dare click on any links, I'm afraid what I'll see after seeing your 'dancing sheep' which took forever to load and wasnt funny from another section of the forum.
I had a look at your code, you have some interesting things in there, bgpropertis fixed is a IE only thing, the body tag doesnt use a alt tag and changing your window status for your click thru links is low,
For example <a href="http://www.qksrv.net/click- 936034-1194346" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.hotmat.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;"> get free mouse mats</a>

Stop spamming - your site really isn't great and you are just going to annoy everyone here!
Review some of the other sites posted for critique in this forum as we do ask you do that before posting your site up.
If you are serious about your site totally rethink it.
- Get a graphics program & do yourself a logo
- Choose a nice colour scheme, white background then two other colours to accent it.
- Think about the layout, at the moment yours doesn't really have one! Use tables so that you can have more than just line after line of text!
- Don't use bold text unless it's for headings
- Use just one font for text (using other fonts such as Curlz is not a good idea outside graphics as people may not have that particular font installed on their computer). Use arial or veranda.
- Large blocks of text as headings really isn't a good idea as they look blocky
What keywords do you expect people to find your site with?

So let me guess, you spend most of your time writing Metatags and spamming forums. It doesn't appear that much time was spent on learning or using HTML and/or graphics.
Navigation - It is easy to comment on your navigation as there is none. Having a navbar is essential.
Logo - again easy as there is none. This is to give your site identity.
Page Layout and design - that background has made my top ten ugliest background list. The yellow is bad enough but then you have to splash some blue on there. If you really desire to keep it, at least make the middle table white. People that design good websites do not use or use a minimal amount of the following tags: & nbsp;. You used them all except for maybe center. A page should never be laid out the way that you did. It is too long and too hard to follow in your paragraph style format. It reminds me of the early days of the Internet.
Site needs work.

It took me less then thirty seconds to realise I didn't like this site, which is only 1/100 of the time I waited for the dancing sheep to load then I went off and made a cuppa and when I got back the sheep was still trying to get it's act together. In the end I just shut the browser down and gave up waiting and lost interest in the whole site. The layout is dead boring and well I give you full marks for having a go and advise you to pay close attention to the reviews you get here from the crew. They give excellent advice even if it does sound like they are just bagging you cronically.
Layout, color scheme, font all need work and that dancing sheep, well what can I say I didn't get to see it dance.

You are off to a bad start. You just made the Admin more work. I have removed your mass spammage (7 threads).
Please do not spam our boards.

Layout your page properly. From what I see, your site now is just a huge chuck of bold letters.
You look like you're very eager to strike it big on the Net.
