First off the site looks very clean and loads fast... The theme is simple but functional, I think explaining the service first other than the picture which is quite self explanatory would be great. Other people wouldnt know what your service is about. What do they do after they get the signature and all that info. Assuming that visitors would understand your service upfront is reallly baaad, make your site for stupids as much as possible so that even when stupids looks at it they understand... (get what i mean Wink )

I think there are some alingment issues. The body (or "Create your Sig" area) Needs a little more organization. I Try alinging the text to the left and the input and button to the right. I think something like that whold help.
In the lower part i would try makeing 2 colums.

The textareas where the 'code' is generated the background colour is set to white/off white, but you didn't set the font colour.

Now thats a good addition, Make the links font a little bigger, and the Generate Sig should be a button you say, but its just a graphic link... Make it more like a button...

I tink what people were trying te say was putting the email form on the first page was a bad idia.
Makeing the about page your index might help.
