This website is a mild mod of the basic php forum script with a resource section added that is a heavy mod of a php link exchange script.
Right now it lacks content but eventually I plan on making it a place where people can make a website using the resources section and than sell it on the forum section. And also people who buy neglected sites and want to flip them.
Please let me know if things look good in browsers other than IE. I spent a lot of time fussing with css to get the mods to work so there might be some problems.
Thanks a lot!

Yay, WAH has a Blogg now. I will keep posting about how well having a Blogg does for site rankings.

It's just a forum so not much can be said about the layout.
Colours aren't to bad but don't scream sales, looks more like an automotive related colouring.
The links being close to the text colour isn't to good, if you hadn't used phpbb before (then again who hasn't) you wouldn't know they were links.
The name itself tends to suggest you are an auction site, where as really your a resource or go between. I feel a little disappointed as there is no actual auction, just a place to buy and sell.

The registration page made me laugh (I didn't sign up), you have "If you are visually impaired or cannot otherwise read this code please contact ..." in tiny text above a image with big letters - classic

Your slogan and site name don't really go together. the name suggests auction where one would buy and sell, where as the slogan stats free tools and resources for the buyers and sellers - a bit confusing. Maybe change the slogan to something like "Where website buyers and sellers come together" and just leave the free tools and resources out of it, you have the links for these on the pages anyway so it's not as if you are completely dropping them.

I would recommend you to use an auction script rather than a forum on your website.

I have been looking around fr a good auction script but haven't found anythign that allows users to ask questions and post bids at the same time, I think I will stick with the forum for now and add auction features to it later. It gets the job done but later I would like to have a seperate pannel for pricing so I can show highest bid right a way and things like that. Work in progress Smiling

Your site seemed slow to me...and I have 8mb broadband nothing is slow for me, so I don't know if it's doing something in the background or it's you're host or what ever. even between the pages there was this little delay where I look at my taskbar to see if a popup is going to popup or something.

anyways the sight looks okay but it's not lighting my candle, sorry I'm not more upbeat but I figure honesty is the best policy.

I like the colors but it is a forum the best thing to have for an auction site.

I like the site, although I agree with a previous comment - it would be better if the links are more differently colored from the text so they stand out more. The header looks nice.

If you are looking for full-featured auction scripts, you can check the links below - but they are very expensive. I spent a lot of time researching auction scripts in the past, and these 2 have the most professional features. They also have Lite versions or leased versions that are cheaper, but if you want full control and full features then expect mega-prices Smiling

RSAuction - http://www.rscript.com

phpAuction - http://phpauction.net

Hope this helps. You don't really need to change to a forum script, there are other sites using forums for auctions and it's okay - but a proper script with auction features would probably be better...

i have firefox too and more forums are out of the page
general comment: nice design, there is a professional touch to it

miscaellaneous:

hmm i don t understand why the articles are sorted ascending, aren't people interested in articles that are most read? well it is just me..
some pages take a lot of time to load (like ressources)
some links do not work (aboutus gives 404) or are redirected to forum
the latest blog links are in blue, the color feels out of place (for me)
