Why is that banner at the bottom so big?
Overall, your site looks pretty plain.
The navigation system doesn't attract much attention.

Well I don't like it much, but I see a lot of potential.
1) I get a horizontal scroll bar on my 800x600 resolution. That shouldn't happen, and needs to be fixed. It would look better w/o the scroll bar.
2) You need a navigation bar. The drop-down menu can be easily overlooked, and just listing out each page on the main index isn't very "economical." Just create a simple navigation bar down the side of the site. It would make it much more user friendly.
3) The logo. It's ok, but I'd take out the 'www.' Then you just need to spice it up a bit. Add a few cool text effects and you'll be ready. Also, on the sub-pages a black box appears behind the slogan? Is that normal?

The colors are definitely unique and give the site a cool feel but I think you need to create a better navigation menu and a structured feel to your site. Other than that, it looks like you will have a cool and successful site.

I completely agree with all of the comments so far.
The one thing I wanted to add is that it is very text heavy. You do have graphics - but they are all text. Pictures, logos, icons etc., really help to break up a page and help the viewer understand what they are looking at. Try to come up with a few pictures to help break up the site. The other thing that might help is to have columns of text. Right now it is kind of like a word document. Straight text up and down with no columns. That might help with the site being so text heavy.

The entire site--to me--doesn't really attract my attention. It all seemed like a big gimmick, or something to that effect.
I think that spicing up the entire site with Text effects, a catchy slogan, and a hardcore menu would look better.
(Edited because I sound like a redneck.

Eek! You definitely need to add more visual structure to the site. Try using some table background colours to separate your header, content, menu, and advertising areas. I also agree with what has been said by others.
