THe intro isn't bad, but the problem I have with it is that it doesn't match there rest of the site. An intro should prepare the visitor for what's coming next, so you should try to make them coordinate better.
Once inside, the design is quite cool (small though). I do not like the blue text at all though - I don't know what else would look better - maybe plain black arial.
Oh no! I'm surfing around the site and everything is changing! Bad! Don't do this - it looks terribly unprofessional to change the design drastically from page to page. The main page one is good, keep that.
none of the pages blend, or look like they belong on the same site, all different look and feel.
the main page doesn't display well on Netscape 4.7, as it doesnt support CSS well. looks, loads fine in version 6 thou and IE 5
the web design page, the links changing to black on a black background isnt a good idea, you can confuse people. Get rid of that useless flash display, why have that and use pop ups to display your message? either use the flash to show the info or loose it. I, like so many are geting sick of flash and would rather close the site and go elsewhere than hang around and watch one more twirly thing zoom across the screen. flash has its moments and can be a very useful tool, but is being so abused of late. becareful
a few pages on the tools page don't have anything on them,
the theirbys page has this massive flower picture with your name on it that has you scrolling sideways at 800x600 with nothing under it but makes you scroll down anyway -- ohh its a link, ok i click that and get another massive flower that makes me scroll sideways .. no back buttons, just one for a resume, like Megan Jack said, keep with the one design, flowers don't really have much to do with webdesign but if must use them, make them faded (which makes them smaller) graphics and set as backgrounds, or use the flower as a image (or image map) and the plant as a background image or something.
stick with the main page as your template, maybe loose some of the mouse overs, maybe add some to the side links, use the circles or something. it actually looks best in Netscape 6 and your onto a winner

Hmmm, not overly keen on the flash intro but I agree with the other two that the main page is the best one & all the other pages should be the same look, although the lighter blue writing is hard to read.
Wow, just got to the flower!! Why? Then you click on mike & the actual writing is very hard to read & the link back to the home page dissappears completely but to then see fletch's page you have to either use the back button or start off again from the home page.
To save going on it think it is fair to say that you need to sit down and have a rethink. Take the main page as your starting point, change the blue text and go on from there. That page is quite nice and with a bit of work it could be great.

You need a bigger skip button on intro page
