I guess it's about time to throw my site into the mix and have it torn apart. Before you look, take a few things into consideration.
Just like it says at the top of the home page, this is a beta version (random number for it though). But there are only a few differences in that and the final. I need to remove the fake lists (put up only to show what a list will look like) and have the On/Off Air indicator start working again. When it works it has an image the same size as the one that says "Off For Summer" that displays "waffles? On the Air!," "WINR? On the Air!," or "Sorry, Off the Air" with a green, grey, or red background respectivly. Images change based on the time and day.
So rip away. Be mean about it, doesn't matter to me. I didn't do this so people would say it's wonderful.

I like the color scheme and the graphics. Perhaps the link color could be a little lighter, it's just a little too dark for me - but that could just be my monitor
Since you asked for ripping and meanness, the most I can do is point out the spelling errors that I saw :
Front Page :
remeber
Info Page :
explination
Shows Page :
ides
Links Page :
desptie
recomend
Calandar Page :
Calander
About Page :
apporpriate (twice)
relativly
mt
implammented
DIY Page :
langauge
Search Page :
equilalent
How is that for ripping, mean enough?

Thanks. I never would have caught the spelling, and other people who've seen it haven't said anything about those either.
And the link color does need to be lighter. I guess that's what happens when you see it everyday and know what everything says already, miss little things like that.

I have to say it's not my style, but you have done a fairly good job keeping everything consistent. You have a few random imagesd that have borders, removing those would help ("off for summer", "W3C XHTML"). I like the information layout, and everything is easy to find and very readable. On the faq page, I don't care for the "shorten" horizontal sperators, maybe use a much thinner seperator that spans the entire width.
PS: the search is well implemented, overall I think it's a well done site, just not to my design taste.

Those image with borders are links, and I've just removed the border. I hate them too. At first I was worried that removing it would make people miss the link to the stream, but I've got that link all over the place anyway.
I'm still trying to decide if I want green or blue links. I've had blue before, but tried to lighten it up and couldn't find anything that didn't get too green for me. And I'm thinking that green links might make it more obvious that the green button that shows up when I'm on the air is a link. What do y'all think?

The links should be the same colour, at least different to the text and headings, your using white for links and headings - gets confusing.
I think the on/off indicator should be on the top red section, and the red section to have rounded corners.
I personally don't think the black/red works for this. On the radio you can't see colours but most stations have their logo/trade mark, if yours is black red then maybe just use that in the top section and use a lighter colour for the content.
Ok I just did a search for a radio station in NZ, and yours is better than theirs and theirs is black as well - therock.net.nz
I bet that last comment on your FAQ will come back to bite you

We'll see. Everything I've gotten is from places giving away their code. Everything else is a list from my own head.

A good way to learn HTML is via templates and/or other websites. Find a site you like and without looking at the source code copy it. Don't use the copied version, change it to suit and all you have done is use that site for inspiration - if you look at the code then you copied.
A layout, techincally can not be copyrighted, although the graphics and code are

I didn't mean like that. Code for my site I got myself with help from people on other forums to clean it up a bit. They have no problem with me using it. The only code I've gotten from other people without their direct knowledge is for the calendar (which I have since removed because it didn't work), search engine (which is free), comment script (which is free), and image changer (which is based off of a free javascript code). Everything else is from me.
Sorry if I made it sound like I took anything illegally. Nothing of that sort has happened.

I like the site. I think the red and black work well together, the blue links are nice too.
I did a html syntax check on several of the pages. The calendar page had a problem with $col for the width in:
Date
Event
Location
All the other pages were fine.
All in all, good job.

Yeah, I need to fix that. Somehow it slipped through. Probably me checking the wrong page. I origionally had a calendar script and was going to live with it not validating because I would never need to take an event off. But that's fixed now. Thanks for pointing it out.
