Your site shows considerable skill as a web developer but ... I am not really a fan of sites that are so dark such as yours. It looks kind of like something that you would see on a Borg spaceship. Anyway on to the review:
Logo and Graphics - The logo looks good but it may be hard for someone to get voxunity out of it. The graphics are good and consistent throughout the site.
Text, colors and background - Here is where I think that the site falters a bit. You have a black/navy background, dark grey-green graphics and green text (in the Navbar). It really doesn't make for easy reading. It is more like something that I would see on a gaming site.
Coding and Browser Compatibility - overall the coding is pretty good. I noticed this in your code:
Definitely not enough colour contrast. Maybe it's my monitor or something, but I can hardly make out the detail in that nice interface. Another problem is that the blue doesn't really go with the dark green - maybe try yellow instead. The "screen" area, again, doesn't seem to coordinate well with the rest of the design. it looks much too corporate in contrast with the techno interface kind of look you have for the rest of it.
Watch your spelling and grammar in here, and try to be more specific. Example:
Quote: Click here to have a glance at some of works and, eventually, the result of our cooperation.
There's obviously a word missing in there, it should probably "some of our works". Also get rid of the "click here" and just link up the "some of our work" instead. The last part of the sentence, "and, eventually, the result of our cooperation" is very presumptuous and should be removed.
Quote: As our today's environment is constantly changing Vox Unity provides successful and flexible website maintenance service. Employment and keeping staff necessary for this upkeep is expensive and inefficient ROI. Vox Unity Partner Solutions allow for any company, irrespective of its size, to maintain a website for one- third the cost of maintaining an adequate in-house staff.
This is the worst piece I've found in here yet. Try,
"As the online environment continues to change, Vox Unity provides successful and flexible website maintenance services. Employing the staff necessary for in-house maintenance is expensive an inefficient. Vox Unity Partner Solutions provides any company with regular website updates for one-third the cost of maintaining an adequate in-house staff."
I'm not entirely happy with that bit but it's an improvement anyway.
Overall your copy needs a lot of work. Let me know if you're interested in hiring someone to do this for you.
As others have said, the layout is quite nicely done from a technical standpoint. However, I agree that the colours ar too dark and don't play off each other well.
I suppose it depends on who your target is but it strikes me as more of a gaming site than a professional business site.
And could one of our language gurus please weight in? As far as I'm concerned, "web site" is two words!! Am I wrong?

Very nicely done but I have to agree that it's very Borgish/gamey looking and dark. Some of the text is hard to read but I did have fun with the mouseovers on the left! NEVER hide text, it will be considered as spamming no matter what reason you say its for!
Julia - if life was meant to be easy Michael Angelo would have painted the floor....
The links, well all the text on the dark section is to dark, maybe its my screen but can hardly read what the links say, esp the side links, the mouseover (hover) doesnt work in NS4.7 (nor does the slide in images) so all i see or rather dont see is dark text.
slide in effect doesnt work in NS6 either, also the drop down menus (which are wrose to try read) work in NS4.7 but dont work in NS6
the drop downs dont work in opera6 (as opera6) either.

According to Webster's dictionary, it is web site, two words. However Dictionary.com says that website is acceptable. So I think that you could probably use either.

I really like the layout of the site, great layout!
The colors on the right menu are a tad dark, try a different color font to lighten it up.
Why is there a menu on the top as well? And had you thought about putting in an Iframe instead of having the page jump each time a link is hit? Just an observation, makes my tummy jump when that happens...but then again I'm cooking dinner so I'm probably hungry.
All in all I really like how the site flows with the colors...

This forum was of big help unlike others. And by that I mean that You've been of big help. Your comments/suggestions are/will be considered pretty soon in order to improve it.
Or get read of it. To sell it in other words, so if someone's interested...
I have to agree that the site looks really well done but the colors make it very dark and gloomy. I think the menu links could be a brighter color, maybe the same color as the date in the top right?
Play around with the back ground, see if you can find something to brighten it up.

Adding hidden text like this will most likely get you kicked off a few search engines
Anyway the site is well designed. Just a bit too dark for me.
Edit: mairving - I just changed your code tags to quotes so the text would wrap and we wouldn't get horiztonal scroll
