Welcome to TWF cletus! I'm sure that Brian will move this thread to the appropriate forum soon - if you're looking for a Site critique you should post in the Critiques forum, if you're looking to have some work done for you try the Jobs and Barter area.

Your site really doesn't look too bad, although I'm thinking there must be a graphic missing in the top frame area... Also watch your nesting of elements - the font sizes in the content area are all over the place in Opera 6.

Oh, weird. In IE 6 I see the "Top Sponsors" yellow text in the top frame, in Opera 6 I don't. However, in Opera I do see the left side frame which doesn't appear in IE!

You definitely need to get a better logo - that's the most important thing. If you're not comfortable doing one yourself try our Jobs and Barter forum.

Hmm, I looked at your code cause the top banner isnt showing in Netscape4.7 either and your top frame says:
<script>
//if the user is using IE 4+
if (document.all)
document.write('')
</script>

so first up why does it have to be ie only? is it because of the bad bookmark thingy? if i came across your site and found it bookmarked itself i would be so pissed (somewhere in this forum there is a section about this, how it looses you visitors)

second up, your links dont appear in the status window, you've changed them (bad move), your content links arent changed but since you changed the others I dont trust those links and think they would be click thru ads, why not, it happens all the time. oh wait you missed one, crazy money which is a refer clickthru thingy, so all my trust is gone.

ok i just checked your content links, and i was right, your links are click thrus example:
Join-4-Free GOLD

in NS4.7 your CSS isnt showing up, all the links are yellow at default size/style, the contents section is the same except the black line that appears in IE is a square black box that covers the first bit of the words.

in your main frame page you have a but no tag
