Grandmaster,
Turn the flag the other way. I'm not majorly offended by that, but that is the wrong way to display the American flag.

Grandmaster,
I think it would be better getting rid of the entry page all together. Unless of course there is a purpose to it. Let me know when you have done a bit more to the site as I can't really jusge anything with the material that is there.

1) The flag is very low quality. The edges are jagged, the colors are faded, and it doesn't look good. Clean it up.
2) What's up with the pants displaying when I click on the entry graphic? I think that's pointless. Get rid of it.
3) That's it? Just the top bar? I can see the effect you were trying to get with the flag, but it didn't work. You need to first find a good flag. Center the graphic also.
That's about all. Don't like it much...

Lose the splash page. It doesn't do anything.
It's hard to critique a site when only the top bar is done. The graphic looks a little rough.
Nothing else. There's nothing else to critique.

Ok, how aobut this, i did it with a better flag, and i fixed it so it was waving the "correct" way. I also added a simple navigation system. I plan on adding mouseovers to it. Since this site is a Clothing/Jean site, and it has the american theme, any ideas for mouseovers? The url is http://www.21studios.com/paidwebsites/tylerharpool/site2/index2.html
and thanks for the critisims good or bad.

Hmm, its better but:
get rid of the numbering system with your links.
the text in all the images isn't the neatest, looks blurred and blotchy in some spots.

also why have you got the text as a graphic ?
use a html list if you want bullets or have plain graphic bullets with html text. theres no point in having graphics if you don't need them.........

Also, you might want to consider cutting out the flag from that blue background. The flag alone would look great.
The white outer glow you have on the text looks kinda tacky. You should try to cut out the flag, turn the opacity down on it. The place your text over it (without the glow). That is another alternative, and it may look a little sharper.
Thanks,
