Hi DRP - sorry for the delay in reviewing your site. Looks like your thread slipped through the cracks here.
The layout looks good. The header graphic and navigation are good. Although I did think that there was a browser display issue with the navigation (there's not, but the spacing makes it looks like there are gaps between images that shouldn't be there). One improvement would be to put a solid colour or subtle pattern in the outer background here. Just so there's more contrast and depth to the design.
The major problem I see with this is that there is no real content on the front page. You're just prattling on about the site and the layout and such. As a casual visitor, I really don't care about that sort of thing. The visitor is here to find out more about the Trailer Park Boys so there should be something about them on the front page. It's also good to use this page to highlight other features of the site and get people moving around.
I like the basic layout of the site, and the suggestive photo definately grabs attention.
A few little things; the text for the site title looks a little blurry. Also, you repeat "Trailer Park Boys" in the same font later on in the page, which is a little confusing when the site first loads.
I would also agree with the comment that the frontpage needs more content; I gather that you have something to do with radio, but I had to delve deeper into the site to figure out anything else.
Oh, and the Google ad is offcenter.
Other than that, nice site, good graphics, cool
You need to use less images on the index especially, all the text should be text (search engines dont read images also). Pages like the cast needs text
The colour changes throughout the site can work against you as the header is also changing people may think they are going to different websites, you have black on index, then white and tan colour.
Some of your page titles are also missing, some just say "company name"
We've had this program on over here, but I thought it was American *will have to see if the steering wheel is on the wrong side or not next time lol*
one tip, to make bots read an image dont forget to use "alt" tags...

The headphones are on the right of the footer.
