I like the colors yellow, blue combination. Logo could use a little work I see grey spots in the white area that Im guessing shouldn't be there.
I might suggest getting rid of the scroll bar in the center, it ruins the look of your page (you can adjust the size a little bit on the left to make it all fit.
Your java banner ad has some glitches, acts jittery and slows down the page.
I would get rid of the large headline italics, they look jaggy.
animated "e"mail looks bad, it's transparent but was designed with a white background (white around the edges).
about Jitis page:
"We specialize in html, ASP programming and web / graphical design.
It should be graphic design --- "graphical" is wrong.
As an addon to what JP said, you might also want to consider using Paint Shop Pro 4+ or something like it and anti-aliasing the 'Start with JITIS'/'Design/Host with JITIS', etc parts of the images. Would look a lot cleaner Also make all your icons near the sections of your main page the same size.

Drop the email icon as it designed for a white bg.
