It is great to find such a forum with people who know what the hell's going on!
The big favor I ask the Pro, as well as the Novice, is to have a look at my site and give me some feedback on what you find.
Your Thought's will be Greatly anticipated. For now the site is still a Test Bed ready for some fine tuneing.
Thank's a Million in advance.

EVERYONE, Thank You very much for the response that you have given me. This is my second attempt at the creation of a web site, and I am really excited about learning all that I can, and am Always willing to listen to others. Your input has been Invaluable to say the least.
Tonight I will make as many of the suggested changes as possible and will have the changes available around 11:30 pm central. For all you Night Owls out there!
Again, Thank You.

I will step up as pro no1 :
+ the logo is OK but might need some touching up to make it look more professional.
- You need some images and less text. The text should also be smaller, all to the left and use less italic/bold.
- the reload button is really not that usefull and looks ugly.
+ The site still looks neat and the design is quite clear.
That will do for now, good luck!

I agree with JP - you've got way too many font changes on that main page. It would look a lot better with only one font and fewer bold/italic/size variations. The changing paragraph backgrounds on some of the sub pages don't look so great either.
Remember that the "less is more" theory usually applies to web design - keep it simple!
The row flags you have above "Hosting World Wide" really need to be sharpened up - you can't just take a big image and shrink it down that much and have it look the same - look for some flag images that are really tiny to start with, or make the row bigger. (and it looks like one of them is missing too)
I also don't understand what's going on with your side menu - each sub-page has a differnet menu - most of them just take out the link to the page you're on, but the e-commerce page, for example, doesn't have sidebar links to "prices" or "hosting". It would be nice if you had a link to the home page there too.
Wait... you're using Netscape Composer to do this??? Is that what I see?? Ummm.... well... that's not exactly the most professional tool for designing web sites. Since your target audience will be proficient in web technology, I think you should really use something that's more accepted by the pro's - like Dreamweaver (if you must go the WYSIWYG route).

I agree with the the other guys on the text. Keep it simple. Also suggest dumping the yellow stuff on the table (index page). Looks like something from "Geo Cities"

Hey Kev,
You site is pretty good... Maybe instead of the text at the top, maybe a logo ro soemthing? and your rotarting white/blue bar thing is off a little. I think some mouseovers whould be cool too...
