Welcome to TWF and thanks for reviewing some sites.

First up, centering everything isn't always a good idea, it makes it harder to read and lowers the attention span (lesser for older folk Wink )
Your top section looks unfinshed, the logo is far right and then the contents are boxed.
Maybe make the rest of the top section blue as well and move the banner ad (one in the box section) and main photo up a bit, or better yet wrap the text around the photo.

The white link in the actual forums pages looks like one long link, maybe add a coloured divider between them.
I clicked one of the links but I got "Error Message! You must login to view this page." but no links up top to go back to where I was.
Most of the links dont work, because I'm not logged in, not sure if you know PHP or not but you could consider doing something like if($loggedin){show the links}else{ show login/register and other none login links only }

The more I view the forums the more that banner (animated one) gets to me, really it doesn't need to be there, why advertise yourself on site when people are already there viewing it?

I find it funny your disclaimer stats over 13 yet you have a link in your navigation called puberty. Isn't puberty a preteen thing these days?

Good luck

The top does look unfinshed, I must agree.

The error page is on most of them and has seems to get more people registering. I do know some PHP but i'm not good as far as major coding goes.

You bring up a good point, puberty is for preteens also. I'll have to make it clear that users should be 13 if they are posting on forums.

I will look into changing this stuff you named, it will most likely happen within a few weeks since my forum software will get a new release in a week or two.

Thanks for the feedback!

well , id say it looks like dull not to much to look after , kinda boring , maybe you wanna try adding some contrast to that and the top with 1/2 banners looks 100% un finished try doing it overall nice clean webby keep it up

I think some menu bars and some organization to the main page would make things a bit easier. Even bringing in some of your forum bar organization into the main page.

I agree with others on centering. It's visibly harder to read.

The forums look pretty clean. I really like the layout of those. Colors are nice and eye-catching.

Hello everyone,

Its been months since the last review, i've made alot of changes to the site. I've changed from a nasty looking plan site to a more advanced site running vBulletin as the backend for the site. Maybe a few people can give feedback. teenzone101.net

Thanks for reading!

Wow the "KISS" theory came into paly here and I think its working out good for you. No critical feedback except for the site is a bit slow loading. Now you just need more content. As far as the template goes, i like it. Clean and Sweet

Is this supposed to be strictly a forum site? Forums like dating site are usually very hard to develop because your content is the members who are posting or create profiles. Now no one wants to join a site with low or no membership and when you dont have members how are going to get them if no one wil join because you dont have them in the first place, "catch 22". I suggest you mkae your site content heavy with teen issues, celebrity gossip and all the stuff that typically garners a teens attention and have the forums complementary to your site not the main draw. If you really want to grow the forums you can start a new thread fron each article or page you have with a simple "discuss this article" link at the bottom of each page.

Want to join the discussion? Create an account or log in if you already have one. Joining is fast, free and painless! We’ll even whisk you back here when you’ve finished.
