I just created some teen forums at http://www.teensboard.com , it ahs also online games by clicking Arcade. I would happy if you give me a feedback and tell me how can i make my site better!

A little more color would be nice, the all grey scheme is a little drab, teenagers are very visual (probably all that MTV) your site should grab their attention imediatly if you hope to really draw them in.

Yup, you really need lots more color. Your logo looks way out of place, it's all bad (as in cool;) but the board is grey and good (as in not so cool) I think you need to completely redo that theme if you made it, needs way more color. And also I would change the google ad colors to blend in, so some kid thinks they are your links so people will click them.

Yes, I agree, add some more colour. At the moment it is quite dull, if you made it a bit more brighter and interesting to look at, you will probably recieve a lot more members.
Also, an online game that you might want to add to your server if you don't already have it is Neopets (http://www.neopets.com/). This is an excellent, online virtual pet world from which you create a pet of your own and look after it by buying it food, clothes and items. There are also flash games, and built in mail and chat boards on their site. Note: To chat you need to be 13+
