Since /forum might end up being an entry page, it'd be nice to have an introductory paragraph explaining what fusioncroc is and perhaps a link to the homepage.. if the forum software permits this obviously.

I took a look at your site, here are some of my suggestions:

  1. I am not really a fan of the black on black for the background. On my laptop it was a little hard to distinguish the colors.
  2. I agree with pittbug about the link to the main page. I have no idea what fusioncroc is or what it does.
  3. The "Log In" section at the bottom of the page would probably be better suited near the top. I know there is a link up there, but this would make it easier. Take a look at how WMF does it.
  4. Also the same thing with the lengend being at the bottom of the page.

Besides that, the forum seemed pretty easy to understand and navigate.

Hope this helps,
jay

Hey there Jay

Not too bad a skin (not particularly fond of dark skins, but hey this works well). However your logo, sorry to be harsh, but it looks like it has just been slapped on with no thought of the context. When looking at it with context to the rest of your site, it is so different form the rest of your site, absolutely no integration style wise. Doesn't give it any sense of belonging. Finally, you have no mods, there are plenty out there which can prove useful for your forum. Get out there and find them.

Cheers,

RF

I like your forum... The other reviewers are probably right about the black and especially with a laptop... I am using a Mac with Internet Explorer... It looks great. By the way I just started a forum with the phpBB.. You are allowing people to post without registering... Did you want that...? See permissions on the admin page to change if this is not what you wanted...
