StudentNet review please... - Review needed please..
Hmmm, interesting site. Well here are my thoughts:
1) the site is too wide for people with 640x480 screen res.
2) i don't like the layout too much, and i think you need to work on it. visit a few sites like the college club and look at their layout.
3) well, not much else too say.

Hi All,
Could you check out http://www.cyberx.ie/studentnet and let me know what you think of it. The site is called StudentNet and is aimed at students and those who are new to the web. Thanks a lot.
Anthony.

nice design, ditto the layout probs, now all you need is a domain name.

Original site design, not really exceptable for lower screen resolutions (640x480) but you're not alone there.
Site is easy to navigate with menus clearly seen on each page. Graphics are sharp and kept small which produces faster page loading.
Easily readable, good use of mouse over images on the front page, good use of "alt" tags on links.
Fix the broken image (paintshopprotoolbar.gif) on paint shop pro page.
Web Page Tutorials contain good useful info.
A little concerned about the speed of the server considering the size of the pages etc - could be faster.
Split your midi page into 2 pages before it gets to much bigger.
If the last update was 16 July ( according to your what's new page), then it's about time for some new content to be added.
Over all.....better than average, and a worthy site of a few awards.

The front page seems a bit busy for my liking. The idea is good but you might consider having 'less' text up there as it is a rather confusing interface.
