Could you all please take a look at http://www.military-net.com. It is a military search engine and portal targeted at mainly the military, but also anyone that has an interest in the military. Have been up about 6 months now, and am thinking of a redesign. Any suggestions. Also, am currently receiving about 65000 page views (20000 uniques) a month, and am wondering why I am not doing better with my affiliate programs. Any suggestions???

re: the non success of affiliate programs I would have to lean towars the fact that your demographics are not ideal for a big spending audience - do you target your programs enough?
