The design is nice, but the colors could use some work. The navigation colors on the left are great, but the other colors on your site, the green and the gold, could be better in my opinion. I don't have a link, but I've used this color tool where you input a color, and it gives you colors relative to it on the color spectrum. I'll try to find it. Other than the colors (even in some of the other pages), the page looks nice. Navigates well.

First off, I think the design structure has promise, but I don't think you are done yet. Here is why...

The pictures at the top right, which link to photo galleries. How is anyone supposed to know what they link to unless they click the link.

The menu systems don't match the color scheme. The maroon and light brown just are not working for me, try to stick to 3 or so colors.

There is pink in the logo, but nowhere else, was this on purpose? Maybe use the pink that's in the logo on the menu system.

The logo colors now that I look closer do not match the sites color scheme at all. Use either the logo scheme or neutral colors.

Now to some basics.

You should no longer be using font tags. I see you have a style sheet included, use it.

There is no DOC type declared.

Good start, just needs some more work.
