As you've posted a few sites for review, could you please help us out and review a few more, thanks.
This is the sort of affiliate site that gives affiliate sites a bad name, hiding the true destination of your links is a big no-no, I just had a feeling when I saw this site and checked, sure enough all your links are affiliate links.
Your mission statement is a lie as all you want to do is make money - dishonestly.
As for the design, the top image disappears once the page loads, nothing stands out in your code except the use of single quotes here and there and lack of double quotes on a lot of values. you've got some bad comments - among others which could be confusing the browser, your also missing the end tags etc, the bottom of the page looks cut off so you might be missing the end of a table as well

I appreciate any comments on the design, coding and UI of this site, but I don't appreciate the criticism of it being an affiliate site. What is wrong with showing the actual home URL as the link instead of the big geeky misleading and confusing urls...how would that help a user? How many personal sites out there is not for making money or not have any affiliate link to make money? With the bad economy and all, how many people have the luxury to spend tons of time on a site just for leisure?
How can say my mission statement is a lie, there are tons of other kinds of category that can generate more money but I am choosing this category because I feel it personally help myself and will help lots of others too...Who give you right to say this is to make money dishonestly? Then all business, all advertisement, all commercials are to make money dishonestly. Why do you have all those banners out there? Did those banner print out "Please click on me to click through so that i can make money?" i didn't see that...so you are trying to make money dishonestly too...
This site is my first site, you are criticizing the integrity of the site and call it lie and dishonest, I don't think it is fair and it is an insult. I am not Jj Shen that owns hostwhere.com, etc. He is just posting this request review for me as favor just for convenience.
The difference between a banner and hidden url's is people know a banner is usually a advertisment. All you are doing is throwing links (affiliate) on a page and saying these are the best you've found when the truth of it is they are the best ones to make you money.
I have nothing against people making money with websites, and we here help people to fine tune their sites, place their sites etc to make most they can - but honestly.
It's all about trust, if people can't trust your site they wont be back and number one method of advertising is word of mouth. so if you trick people they will warn others.
A classic example, a while back there was a woman who ran up thousands of dollars of debt on her credit card, she asked for help, she laid it all out on the table and people gave her the money to repay her debt (as well as gifts), as it was all legit and honest, now days everyone is trying to do it but everyone knows they are only doing it just to make money and are being dishonest about it, they get laughed at and are given nothing.
There is a lack of honestly in this world so you'd be suprised how a little can go a long way.

most people here have at least one personal site that doesn't create revenue, no one here gets paid for helping out, we do it from kindness as we enjoy helping others, we come here day after day for no pay after/between/before our paid jobs/school/family because we enjoy helping others. What goes around comes around.

All the banners here are to support our members -- they all belong to members or to open source projects that we would like to support by improving their awareness. We do not make any money off them at all.
