I think the site looks good. It's easy to get around also.

One thing I noticed...the text in all cases is too close to the edge of the box - try to give it some breathing room.

Very easy to navigate!

I think it looks clean. I personally think it would be better if not all the links were underlined (though I know that's been a debatable area). I would probably turn off the underline effect on some of the cases where it's clearly a link. Aesthetically I think it would look better not to have so many underlines everywhere.

I agree with the comment about the text needing some breathing room.

Since you are selling novelty items, I think that you should do something with the design that reflects the funky nature of the products you sell. The design is nice and all, but I don't think it suits the content as much as it could. At least add a bright colour like orange.

One minor thing - "Jars" in "Cookie Jars" on the top menu is spilling over onto another line (might be just this machine though - it seems to do weird things sometimes)
