Very Cool SWD.
I spent some time in ps with your logo and couldnt come up with anything, but I know I could do something with that layout. I hate to ask this (this thread might be moved) if you are interestedin trading some database work for layout work on shellchoice.

I would say that you need to introduce some of the orange into it somehow, maybe as the text rollover colour instead of the red???
Other than that it looks like a forum

It would help if you can use different color themes there. Somehow, I see a lot of forums using blue as their color theme. Be different, be unique!

Can you explain this to me?
1. Why are you running a severely outdated version of vBulletin if your forums just opened? Since they did, you should be running 2.0.3, not 1.1.4. This tends to make me believe you have a pirated copy of vB, unless you explain to me otherwise, I will consider contacting vB. I can't see the logic behind this.
2. Why should we review your forums when you spammed us multiple times?

That is irrelevant. Can you give me a reason you're using 1.1.4? The only reason I can think of is piracy. This is ILLEGAL and Jelsoft vBulletin could be taking legal action against you. 1.1.4 is UNATTAINABLE from the vB site, therefore I have good reason to believe you ripped off vB in stealing a license.

mjames you are making accusations that you could be liable for.
You have no direct proof other than your assumptions. If he is a pety spammer let him be, cancel his account here and move on.
Threatening him with this based on your assumptions is dangerous.

No, I doubt it. vBulletin's policy is to contact them when you suspect piracy. I suspect piracy and therefore took the appropriate actions and precautions based on my assumptions. vBulletin will go from there and if he is a proper license holder, no action will be taken.

Yes, I'm taking precautions to make sure someone doesn't get away with piracy, meaning I'm taking the appropriate measures recommended by Jelsoft. At this point, there isn't much else left to say other than by SWD, if he wants to defend himself, if he has any argument.

Do you get a bounty by turning someone in? Seems like a waste of time.

It is like anything, there is right & wrong and using something illegally is wrong and you don't need to "get a bounty" to advise the company that someone is illegally using their product. Why should people be able to use something for nothing if others have to pay.

Asking the question over and over in different ways does not prove his guilt.
More than likely Jelsoft has been notified, then Jelsoft will notify his host. He will lose his account, find another and be back at it.
Him using the product which is outdated is not a problem for TWF.
Him spamming the boards with his link trying to affiliate traffic from TWF to shellchoice can be contained, but even that will be difficult if he chooses.
Obviously you dont need to get a bounty to notify Jelsoft.
