Possibly if you don't double post.
Hate the design and their are too many forums.

Quite frankly, I think its kinda pointless when people post up reviews of forums because they basically look the same.
With that out the way, my only comment on this site would be that, it just looks the same as every other forum out there...

I agree with Renegade there is not much to review in a forum only website. My suggestion is improve the header. It's not that great. Change the name of your website to a bigger font and a different color. It was extremely hard to read. In a forum only website the header and footer are the most important design elements. Also for your footer you got way to many ads.

It's called "Rust" design, that either means that it's old and wearing out, or it's the colour of rust, and it's not currently rust coloured
Throwing up a forum, with no real design touches of your own is lazy, and asking us to review it, when it's basically trying to be the same as this site, just doesn't make too much sense.
What I can offer as positive feedback perhaps, or advice anyway, is I noticed you had 3 tutorials already for Action Script, and 5 for javascript, why not just post tutorials, or longer explanations of scripts that you have. Even if you take someone else's scripts, and break them down and explain them, that would be useful. I think the forum market is a little flooded, and if you can't get a user base, then it's not going to do you any good.

Actually, I think there's a lot to be said about forums. Just knowing what we went through with the design and layout of this place - there's a lot that goes into it.
Personally, I find your design to be very stark and cold. I can't see it now, the site seems to be down for some reason, but that's what I thought when I went threre. I also thought that there was some problems with the forum listing but I forget what specifically. One thing that people tend to do is to create too many forums at first. If you condense it into fewer forums it'll be easier for the users and your post counts will look higher. I also noticed that some of the forusm... especially the gaming ones... seemed to be more aligned with your own personal preferences than what the general population would be interested in.

The home index.html seems to be removed. Or the URL rewrite rule is broken.
Sunil-Webs, are you talking about rustdesign.net/forum/ ?
The logo should not have dark background while the characters are not in white. As andyy15 indicated, it is hard to read. It cannot impress visitors.

I'm going to sit on the fence between Megan and Renegade regarding this. Yes, you can change a forums look and feel to a great extent and TWF certainly has a good concept, so there is a reason for reviewing forums. However, now we move onto this site and see that it still looks very much like the original template, or at least very similar to many other forums out there.
I do like the name Rust Design however, and as the Wicked Worn Look is very 'in fashion' at the moment perhaps you could recreate the design to be truly rusty and worn?
Oh and I'm assuming I should ignore the directory listing and head straight for the /forum/ subdirectory - you need to get that fixed!
*EDIT*
One more thing... Your logo looks very jagged, perhaps you should invest in some anti-aliasing.

It was redirecting fine when he first posted it, but looks like he removed the index for some reason.
