This looks really good. I like the bright, citrus-y colours. It's a refreshing change from the usually dull IT sites.
There's not really a whole lot to say here. I think the logo could use some work the two words aren't close enough together to show a relationship, and the keyboard is too faded out to have any impact. Try to find a simpler graphic for the illustration there, and move the text elemetns closer. I also feel like the t got cut off on the bottom but maybe that's just me.
The individual pages could use a bit of livening up. Maybe try something different with headers to add interest to the page.
I just noticed those page curl graphics - sort of neat, but too small and unobtrusive to have any impact. I would either get rid of them or make them significantly bigger.
I tried the validation link and it's not validating. Just a couple of errors in the javascript.
Overall a nice job. Simple and clean but punchy

I like the idea here, i had approached a same design before (mine) and that leads me a little biased. Anyways nough about me, lets see... hmmm... I like the way the page is laid out, the menus are straight forward, simple and very functional... Theres a map at the bottom that could be a little bigger, a leaf on the top right that also could be a little bigger too for impact, the logo defenitely needs some redesign, you need a little more division for the body content to make it a little interesting, add some more splashes here and there and itll look better...

The color scheme is pretty good, but you got a little boring in the main (body) section. It's all a dull greyish color. Also, the page tears should either be larger or not there. I think just one large one in the top-right corner would be enough.
The menu is straight forward and it looks like you have plenty of content. Just get it all validated and fix those few little nitpicky items and you'll be ready to go.

websites like that really confuse me. English and Romanian? Why use two languages or is it all one language - i dunno romanian may (emphasis) be similar to English(?)

Without knowing what the content says it's harder to tell, but you've said it's about web programming so it gives me something to go on - kinda.
The logo is way to small, the hurricane relief banner looks like your site title at first.
The page tears look like they come from a gif pack, not really professional and was done to death about 5 years ago (cogs in the wall, man walking in box, cats claws ... all from free gif art).
Not sure why you'd want or need the trafic ranking or web moniter, if you want stats use your web logs, doesn't make your layout look very serious, you'd expect to see a guestbook link with those.
Your tutorial/script pages are to skinny, at 800x600 you are only reading a few lines per sentence while there is heaps of blank space to the right.
I just peeked at the Javascript tut, and you have a code example with in the heading but the code is only HTML, your first example is right, the bottom one is wrong, the examples need a closing slash for them to be XHTML
The site looks good overall, width is an issue as it makes the pages way to long and no 'top' link and any way back to the top or to the other links

Thank you all for your time.
The validating links didn't work because of a glitch in script that wasn`t mine and witch I`m not allowed to change - sort of romanian AdSense. The script is out, and now the page validates. The empty space in the right hand side came from that banner, a 120x600 sky scrapper.
The site is focused on content, and some changes will be done pretty soon.
popinsiteads> sometimes, translating something takes all the fun out. All the quotes are in english because they sound a lot better this way than they do in romanian. And since everybody who uses a computer knows english...
