Beef up your main index page with more content. Centered paragraph isn't very professional. Sale your services better on this page and use good keyword mixture.
Template is rather boring and generic in look and feel. That is a subjective matter though, take the critique with a grain of salt.
Content is important to any site. I would like to see more discussion about what this site has to offer. How does the site work? How do I post a job or an offering? How many people actually see this site? These things are all important to me as a user of the tools the site has to offer.
The data presentation of the site could be displayed a bit better. There seems to be a non-consistant factor with the way the listings are displayed. Being a scalable template, this may pose a problem. A resolution defined template may be a better system for you.
Does not feel good when you do not have right border on all content pages. It looks there are more data not shown by the browser. The picture in the home page cannot be center as other text if the browser is maximized.
I agree with the advice about the centered paragrahp, your should change it to the left and play around with the spacing until you feel happy. Then at the bottom you should separate the banner space from the content space, to let your visitors know where is the limit of the content space.

Like the nice clean design but the navigation links are a bit small.
