Actually, the graphics don't bother me that much. What bothers me is the text layout. First of all, use the proper HTML tags for page elements - for example, the first block of text at the top is actually two paragraphs, but you haven't used the proper paragraph tags, so the proper spaceing doesn't appear and readability is compromoised.
The section below that with two hosting plans is a problem as well. First of all, those two blocks should line up with each other (so the top headers "Shared Plans ..." and "reseller plans" are parallel to each other). The background colours should be the same, or drastically different to provide contrast, the font you've used for the subheadings ("starter", "intermediate" etc.) is rather hard to read.
Looking at your code- what a mess! You certainly don't need that many nested tables. Cleaning up the code could seriously improve download speeds, among other things.
Otherwise it doesn't look too bad. THe reason that city graphic looks so bad is because you're using HTML to resize it. Go into your graphics program and crop it to the size you want - it'll look much better.
The only thing i've noticed is that headers that appear to be in the font "impact" seem a bit squashed up... (starter, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert). I think it might be a css thing... does anyone else get that?
Apart from that... brilliant!

1. The code - mentioned above.
2. The squooshed package titles - Mentioned above.
3. If this is a template, credit should be given.
4. The people in the top image look to have a skin condition.
Otherwise...good job. A few tweaks and it will be very slick.

the top image is a little jagged and the plan labels (starter, intermediate ..) are bulky and bold which make it unreadable on IE5
whats the image under the welcome of (top left)? make use of the alt and/or title tag

Generally quite nice but as Busy said your graphics need work! Seems easy to navigate so nothing more to add

The graphics look fine to me, either because you've already fixed them or because I'm on an ancient 13" monitor.
Nice layout, easy to navigate and it loads quickly.
Your first two paragraphs of text look very messy. Skip the indent, left justify, and double break or paragraph instead.
Also, your little penguin definitely needs a transparent background and I took a sec to do that. Let me know if you want me to email it to you.
