First off, we do ask that you review three sites before receiving a critique.
I have to say that the "help, help, help, help......" on the first page is very annoying. If your visitors don't close the screen and proceed on, they then have to fill out a form to view the site further (which i didn't do). Had I came up on your site just surfing, I would have left it immediately.

I'd have to say, if it was asking for a site critique, my prompt decision upon arriving at your site would be to leave it.
After getting past the first page, the constant changing ads along the top were very annoying especially with IE making a clicking sound each time a new one loaded every 8 seconds.
If this site is designed for people to casually come across it and come in, then most will probably not want to give out their information just to visit the site.
Once you do provide information, the first page you are taken to, (http://www.gexus.com/caregiver/base.html for those who wish to critique the site without submitting info) has no way to shut off the music. Very big annoyance to those who are at an office while browsing.
To give a more detailed critique, It would help me to know more of what you feel the site is for, ie, a beginning site for someone learning to make web pages (the impression I got), a site just for friends and family, a business site, etc...

The site is very unprofessional, I don't really get what the site is about. I would leave the site if I was a real visitor.
