Well, the two buttons/graphics on the top and bottom of the menu is not great quality, especially the top one. It's too simple for me, it's just pictures, writing, links, and white space. I'd add different backgrounds, put the content in a more complex layout, and possibly a few graphics. One more thing, the space between the text on your cake pages which have more then two lines is a bit annoying to me, I'd try to lessen that space so the text is more squeezed in.

Tiny fonts! Again! Second time today. When will people ever learn ???? Make things easy for people to read!! If you can't fit all your text on there, then you have too much text. The solution is to edit, not to make it smaller.
I think this front page would be a lot better with one large cake picture ratehr than several smaller ones. It would have more impact with just one, and you could set up a rotation so that different cakes would appear in that spot every time the page was loaded.
For the page title/logo, try doing this in a more unique font. Get a nice scripty font and combine it with the symbol thing at the top. That would be much more eye catching.
Most of the photos here aren't very good quality. It might be a good idea to work on perfecting cake photography skills. It might be a good idea, for example, to have a place to photograph the cakes before they leave the bakery. You could probably rig up some sort of a station where you could put the cake on the right angle with a nice blank background and good lighting for a better photo.
Not a bad start really. Basically functional and does a good job of showing off the product.
About hiding e-mail addresses, look around for a script that will encode the e-mail address but still let it function as a mailto: list. I know Suzanne knows about this..

Yes, the pictures are not so great. Try getting some good lighting other than the flash. The flash is bouncing off the cakes and wrecking your colour balance. Get some flood lights and something for a consistent background. I'm not crazy about pictures that have no edge other than the picture itself. Try getting a frame from Photo Shop. I agree with the person that says the type is too small. Now please note that I am a complete amateur. I thought they said this web design stuff was a piece of cake...hmmm.

Revise your meta description. Word it so that when I read your description on google I really want to click your site. You can still mix up 4-6 keywords here. tags are being depreciated. Consider using CSS styles and reduce your file size. Your font size and selection make me squint. This creates stress and I'm more likely to leave your page quickly.

I don't have a problem with the font size - big text looks unprofessional!
the photos could be tidied up a little though

Re: font size discussion - I would suggest avoiding hard coded font sizes altogether. Instead, use % in your style sheet selectors:
BODY {font-size: 100%}
H1 {font-size : 110%}
H2 {font-size : 105%}
etc.
Give the preference back to the user

The Good:
The colors work well, and the top flower graphic is nice. You've got the right idea going right, left, right with the images. It's not too bad
The Bad:
The menu font is a bit too small, and the page seems a bit too long. The graphics on top and bottom of the menu are unreadable. I think that either using a pop-out menu, or somehow consolidating the menu into fewer links would look alot better. I think that rounding the image corners, getting rid of a few cake pictures, and making the text a bit bigger would make the site alot better, and a lot shorter; less scrolling.
