Welcome to TWF
Can you please follow the rules of the posting agreement and review some of the others sites here in the critique section.
I'll stop by in a bit to have a look at your site.

Thanks for doing some reviews
Right, I think you need to get to grips with some basics, like a good colour scheme, good coding (front page produces very bad code) and think of an actual design for the site. Tables with borders showing like yours just scream amateur I'm afraid and get yourself a proper logo. Also be aware of screen resolutions, at 800*600 this your site has a big horizontal scrollbar, because your table is set to 877 pixels it is never going to fit into a browser where the absolute max is 770.
Have a look at other sites and decide what you like about their design/layout, think about what colours go together and think about how people will navigate your site. Put your reciprocal links on a separate page and make sure all your pages have the same deisgn/layout, fonts etc.
I don't think a site about organic essential oils really matches with a webmaster resource. I'd ditch the webmaster side of things as 'webmasters' really aren't going to use your site for anything.
I don't mean to sound horribly harsh, you have a starting point here but much more work needs to be done.

The code in there really isn't that bad. On a HTML 4.01 transitional validation most of the errors come up from that Bravenet thing. I would work on your design skills first, then worry about coding later.
One idea would be to look for free or cheap templates which you can modify for your own site. This would give you some insight into the various techniques used to produce a professional looking site. Otherwise you could simply browse the web and look closely at attractive and usable sites. What techniques are they using? What are they not doing? Check sites like coolhompages.com and webpagesthatsuck.com for some basic tips. Read all you can about good design.

Following your changes: It's a step in the right direction but it still looks very ameteurish. The colours don't go well together and that tree does nothing to help the feel either, plus it's too big stuck there at the top on its own. I would maybe go with a photo of a tree and encorporate it into a logo/header, or get a less clip-artish image. With such strong colours and then just the text floating below it is far too top heavy, you need to come up with a complete design/layout that makes all elements of the page feel like they are working together.
Do a search for other organic sites and see what colours they use and also see what type of deisgn/layouts they use. You need colours that work well with your subject matter.

your aroma therapy and links pages dont work.
each page has its own design. why not find a layout that works and applying it to every page?
here is a hint, dont use such bright colors. they always end up looking unpofessional(especially the bright green).
you might decide to want to learn to use a good image editor and use it to spruce up the site.
learn colors that go well together.(look at other sites and their color schemes)
the code of the page is jumbled and some of it isnt needed.
anyone can do any amount of work provided it isnt the work they are supposed to be doing.

i looked at the site again, and i think it is a change for the better.
however, it still has some things wrong with it.
the two paragraphs under the nav bar on the main page have a different color blue than the rest of the page.
the header of your feature of the month is a little too large... maybe try something like
The 12 oil of ancient scripture:
the oils mentioned most in the scriptures.
these include:
then go on to list them.
looking at the rest of the site i see that you arent quite done wih it yet, sorry to jump the gun a bit.
Site seems to be coming together though.

I'm sorry to tell you this but i think that is better for you to DELETE THAT SITE and begin a new one from scratch.
- put in less text
- add some graphics (not too many) to make
the appearance more pleasant
- select some dark colors (my eyes simply hurt when i see your site this moment)
- keep the same color for the text. Do NOT change the text's color with each paragraph
