Not a bad design. I suggest changing the field from Untitled. Perhaps more "action" in the banner as there is a gap in it from the right to the left.
Also in the banner, the text Cheap, Reliable Web design is pretty small and I for one feel it could be made larger. Otherwise it is ok.

I'm sure you've done three by now...
Only think I can think of at the moment is to make the navigation bold and/or not underlined just to make it stand out a bit more
Other than that it looks cool

I agree about the navigation. About the "Cheap, Reliable Web design" text, it could be made laarger or you could try another font.Some fonts just aren't very readable at small sizes, especially when you've added some effects to them. Try looking for a simple font that will be more readable. Oh, and don't use two similar fonts together - make them either both the same font, or very different to provide a contrast.

thanks for the feedback, im goping to work on some sort of interface for the nav, with rollover links etc... but im all out of ideas
