Please take a moment and check out my site at SourceSupport.org.

I'm mostly interested in feedback on design and browser compatability. I am much more of a programmer than a web designer so any guidance you have in that area would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to review my site,

design wise it's very purple (blue?) and boxy

on the project pages there is a horz scroll at 800x600, didn't look at the code but the table with "Solutions Currently Under Review By Donors:" looks like the cause of it.

The faq page is hard on the margins, need to add a little padding in there
works fine in firebird

This isn't bad for a start. YOu've got a decent logo and colour scheme going. One thing you should remember is that you don't need to put everything in it's own little box. It makes things look really compartmentalized and separate from each other, and it often creates odd areas of white space. On the project pages, for example, I'm seeing a margin on the right side but not the left (this is because I'm at a higher screen resolution), and the "Solutions Currently Under Review" box is wider than the other three boxes there. Take out the boxes and you wouldn't have this problem.

Another thing to do is to make sure that any box containing text has padding around it. Otherwise the text runs right up to the edge of the table and it gets harder to read.

Hi,

It was a little too blue for my taste. It may be because the icons are blue/gray too. I agree the FAQ needs a little work too with the spacing. I would also have a little description on the front page as to what the page is about. It took me a little while to figure out what was going on.

Other than that though, it was fast loading, layout was good at 1024x768 IE, and navigation was easy.
