its kinda a cluttered up page but still manages to look pretty good, i like the colour scheme, but really this site doesn't look at all like a fishing site. I'd have thought the logo would have a Fish in it at least.

Nice site though Smiling

dang it, typed out big reply and accidently opened a window in this one.

Ok in short,
the site looks like a news site rather than a fishing site, maybe his is a time where it needs to be a bit fishy Wink
your html needs house keeping in, you have your meta tags before the html and head tags
you need a 'why you should sign up' page or similar, why should anyone pay money for something when they dont know what they are getting.
you also should point out your site is US based even though your join page says world wide, things like the weather and comps are US only

your top and bottom banners are blocked by my ad filtering progz by size. as well as an image on left side. I might lose the ranking windows, being 3 out of 100 still means 2 better sites out there. i couldnt get a single lake report out of 4 states i tried, then I gave up. some pages have alot of blank space at the "bottom" before the real bottom, maybe shorten them up. i also think its "big bass are caught" not is. -Josh

Just from the domain name I thought it was going to be a site about dance music or something - as in bass drum and record as in music!!

I get a horizontal scrollbar at 800*600 and I think there is too much space at the top above your logo & banner. It does look a wee bit cluttered and squashed up to me but I guess that's the layout. I also don't like the two blues you have there together, actually you have three shades of blue, I would stick to just one - the one in the header graphics.

lol... same here... great minds think alike hey webmistress? Wink I love Drum n bass so i was really looking forward to reviewing this!

Ah well... theres a lot of space around the bottom of the site... it doesnt seem to fit together properly, also i think you should move the ford advert to the bottom of the side menu, having an advert in the middle of a menu is just plain annoying.

I don't think the design really fits in with the subject matter, it seems more like it should be a news/music site, i think some earthy tones would be better.

I have to agree with the comments above, also - probably due to invalid HTML - the site doesn't work properly in Netscape or Opera, you really need to sort that HTML out and make sure it works with those browsers!

Focus your site to a clearer message. When you come to the site now, you get information overload, look around a while to try to separate the ads from the content, maybe click somewhere and then head off again. Try with less information on each page.

About everything has been said about this site but i'll just go off of what other people said and give you better description, i guess..

Your header: higher it to the top, you have a good amount of pixel space there.

Your bottom: Once again too much space! higher that as well and get rid of the 100% width on the bottom footer, make it 99% / 98% like the other boxes.

Content: it looks cluttered and does not look like a fishing site, I thougt it was BASS as in the guitars before i read other peoples reviews. get a more "wooden / boat" look going, maybe change the colors a tad, get rid of all them blues and narrow it down to 1 just like Miss Web said Laughing out loud.

Side Nav: get rid of the addvertisements, and get rid of the ford thing, it's off the subject of fishing besides a truck pulls a boat.

Your product: Get more info about it and make it stand out or people will think its just a news site for fishing.

Well, I've hit about every point other people have explained, it looks great but you can make a lot of changes to help draw attention.

(dont feel bad, reviews are good, i like them. im currently getting many reviews and i like it because i know my sites getting better when i fix somthing someone reviews.)

Good luck

Content: too cluttered,

Nice layout and colour scheme. Logo could do with a fish in it to make it that little bit better Smiling Personally not too keen on the ford logo splitting up the menu bar on the left. Top and bottom header could do with being tightened a little more if you know what i mean Wink
Codes just the littlest bit little messy but so is mine and it still works right!!!
Other than that its a good website. Well done!!!
