First, could you please review some other sites in the Critiques section?

Second, there's really not much content there to look at. It would be easier to give an accurate review if there was some substance to the site. Smiling

Last, the only thing I can say about it so far is that I'd like to see the main navigation visible at all times, rather than have it be replaced by the sub-navigation links on each page. Wink

Thanks Reddy.
I'll make a new nav bar and this will be all the time visible.
What are you meening with this: "not much content there to look at"??? You want to say that some of my categories in my gallery are empty??? If yes, I don't to much time right now, but I hope I'll add new and original designs soon in all of my categories.

Thanks for your reply.

PS: I'll read other threads too. Smiling

I mean that on each page all there is to look at is the overall design plus a little description of what should be there. It might make it easier for myself and/or others to offer suggestions if the intended content was visible, as only then will the real structure of the page emerge. Smiling

I might also add that your navigation links appear in a different (browser default) font in Mozilla. Looks right in IE. Wink

Before I forget again, welcome to TWF! Smiling Why don't you drop by the Introductions forum and tell us about yourself?

Edited thread title according to posting agreement.

First of all, I like what you've done with the logo. That part looks nice. However, the rest of the design is very boring in comparison. Something more interesting needs to be done with the navbar, for sure, and I would try to reduce the boxiness of the layout by adding some more interesting shapes.

I don't like what happens with the navbar when you move around the site. The main set of links should stay where they are and subnavigation should appear somewhere else - probably on the left side. Some graphics or more interesting styles would be an improvement here as well.

For the content area - dont' center paragrahphs of text! Actually, avoid centering things in general. In print desing it's used to create a formal effect (such as on wedding invitations) which just doesn't work online. It just makes things look unprofessional and text hard to read.

I too like the logo but find the rest pretty bland. I was confused when I went to the gallery page and didn't see any artwork. I didn't even realize the menu above had changed...not until I came back here and finished reading the other posts.

What the heck is that pop-up that closes itself so quickly??? Kinda annoying.

I would definately change the font...

But like everyone else said... you really need some sort of content.

Not much to critique...

I can see that your navigation text is not constant, if you are going to bold the current page that the user is on, then do it for every other page on the site not just the home page.

BTW, do you really need those pop-ups?

Those pop-ups you see don't belong to me. They are from the web provider and I used some javascript to get rid of it. I find more anoying when it appears all all the time.

Why is everyone saying that there's no content? The artwork sections appear to have plenty of images and designs, just they aren't that easy to navigate to really. That needs fixed. A Perma-nav up the top with a sub-nav on the main body table either to the left or right will look good. Making the navigation change like it does is going to confuse people, rather than make the site a pleasure to view.
