the horizontal lines in the background are a little hard on the eyes.
A little too blue for me, but thats just my opinion.

Ok,
What I'm going to do is to change that horizonal background as many people told me that it hurt the eyes.
Thank you guys.

I think some padding in the main body area would help seperate it from the nav on the left. Seems a little too close together IMO.
Also, you need something at the bottom. It looks a little bare down there. A second set of text nav links, the name of the site, copyright, contact info for some ideas.
Love the colors. Nice work!!

I'm everything in Serif font. Kinda hard to read. Sans might be more appropriate. Not sure if you intended that or if I don't have your font. Make sure you add a generic font (Sans-Serif) in your code, wherever it is.
Otherwise, great work.

I figured out what's bugging me about this - it's the black bold text in the "Latest new and updated listings" part. That should match the lighter blue text in the categories section.
Otherwise I think this looks okay. I think the header and logo area could stand to be a little bigger, just because there's so much text in the rest of the page that it tends to overpower things.
You do need to work a lot on your grammar. There are a lot of errors in here. You should get someone to go over this for you. For example, "Want to discuss about php" should be "Want to discuss php?" (actually, I would reword that totally but we're just correcting grammar here for now). "Softwares and Servers" should be "Software and Servers". "Editor pick" at the top should be "Editor's pick".

In opera the bold text is running together a bit when I scroll? Odd problem, but you may want to test it out on your own.

Nice site. Easy to navigate, pleasant colors, well organized contents. A couple questions, comments:
* I tried to click on Hot, Top Rated, New or Updated, right next to an article's title but these weren't links. I discovered later that a navigation bar is displayed at the top of the page for this functionality (nice). Wondering now if you should make the Hot, Top Rated, New or Updated in the article's title links as well (?).
* "Latest New and Updated Listings" appears on the home page as a link but it seems that it is the header for the following listings. It was confusing to me.

I would use some colors other than blue to help break up the site.
I feel like I'm in the clouds of the world wide web. I do like the logo at the top, sort of looks like a key. The background stripes appear pretty intense maybe soften them up a litle.
