Hi Folks,

I just finished building my real estate website a month ago. It started very small but grew once I added more pre-developed projects into the website. The website used to sit in my personal server but I decided to move it and place it on a free host for now. Presently, the website is still new and I am still building my list. Eventually once my traffic or list becomes larger I am thinking of moving it to private host. You can access the website at http://embark.to/victorina or http://negrospremierlands.netfirms.com/. All comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you! Laughing out loud

Hi

Most sites don't benefit from having a black background. Not quite sure what was going on, but when I first brought your site up the page was blank except for navigation. It seems to be fine now. Strange.

There is a slight horz scroll bar at 800x600
the "resources" options arent seen at 800x600 as they hide behind the annoucements news reel textarea box thingy

navigation works in NS4.7 but the page doesn't (stops at navigation)

I clicked on a link "faq" and it took me to a bravenet page which was black background, grey text and yellow links, try keep all the pages the same look and feel. I did a search for "price" and "land" had no results, is this a faq for your site or for bravenets services?

I think that overally you need to develop a more consistent design style. Choose a set of two or three colours and use them exclusively throughout the site. There are too many (incompatible) colours on the right sidebar, to be specific. The black background surely isn't doing much for you - definitely change that. Another thing to work on is the logo. The font seems inappropriate for a real estate site and the drop shadow is way too big. Maybe try to find a little icon or piece of clip-art to use alongside the text.
