The colors make me feel queezy. Especially the green w/ red text on top of it. I am not crazy about the grey drop shadow around the logo either. On the other hand, the main content portion of tha page works for me.

Hi,
the only problem I see now is the color. That green is not going to work for many people. think of changing it.

I gotta agree with everyone... the colours are FOUL. The kinda people that buy mobile phones and ringtones are generally young, techy people so thats the kind of image your site should convey. I generally fit into that group and theres no way I would purchase anything from a site like that.
Check out a few other sites similar to your own and see what they're doing. Its ok to break the mould, but you have to break it in a good way, otherwise your just going to drive people away.

When I first opened this site I was quite taken aback by the colours! That's not exactly the most eye pleasing combination. If you're going to use a green like that you should really pair it with a more neutral complement like navy blue. The glowing effect on the logo doesn't help either. Another odd thing about this is that the navbar is extremely low contrast in comparison to the rest of the design. Overall more unity is needed between elements.
I'm also finding this site to be very text heavy. It would be good if you could add more graphic interest, maybe some photos or something that would break things up. Take a look at how hosting companies generally design, with nicely done boxes advertising their specials. You could go with a similar idea.
I'm really wondering about the big hunk of white space at the bottom of every page - what's up with that?
Other problems: ad buttons on the left (move to right or further down where they're out of the way, long list of contract mobiles could be done as javascript drop-down to save space; search box out of the way and poorly related to other elements; pop-up windows bad idea; many elements on pages seem to be floating in space (like the free delivery and credit card graphics on the front page); too much centering going on generally; overall, elements need to relate to each other more.
Not a bad start, but needs a lot of work at the same time.
Megan

Your site looks too busy at the top and boring/empty at the bottom, try to setup a balance.
Your nav buttons look like they should be on the right of the page.
Although I like the colour, I don't think a birght flourecent green is the way to go for the background colour.
Is there really any need for the scrolling text stuff? And so many adverts?
Try right aligning the search box and button up the top. And the text with the phone number and amount of users online should be put else where :S
Your off to a good start though. Keep up the work

Right, firstly I'm not at all keen on the colours, the fluorescent green & bright red make the site look tacky IMO. I can't make up my mind about the logo, sometimes I think it's ok then I look again and think it looks old.
The layout isn't too bad, but what's with all the blank space on the pages between the end of the middle content and the bottom section?
Also the 'Go' graphic for the search facility needs re-doing as it looks all jaggedy plus it is too far away from the text box.
I personally don't like the way that when you click on one of the phone links at the side it opens in a new window, plus at 800*600 it wouldn't all fit on the screen!
It's good that you have the text links at the bottom, but why have you done the top navigation in flash? They are only simple rollovers that would be better as gifs.
Good start and I look forward to reading your comments on the others sites in the critique section when you do your reviews.
