The technic is based on OpenBB 1.0.6 and the theme is made by me, please tell me what you think about the theme?

It looks like a forum! Not to say really, the header section is quite arty looking although the general feeling of the page is very cold and to me uninviting. Maybe adding some touches of orange or yellow would warm it up. Also there is quite a big horizontal scrollbar at 800*600.

Well, the site is very dark and very big. Since it is a new board, maybe try losing a few of the forums you have, that way it makes it look more active.

IMHO, it looks too much like the original - just some colours have changed.

sorry about the cold colors, but i am trying to get it easy on most of the visitors eyes...
I can't see to find the horizontal line, could you please tell me where you exactly see it?

I don't mind light text on dark background. Staring at a white text editor all day kinda burns the eyes.

On this page, you have cyan-ish text ("Next Oldest - Next Newest)" on a gray gradient bar. That's a bit hard to read. And the date/time stamp for the posts is also a bit hard to read (being a dark red color).

I like that it is easy to navigate and it has lots of information that someone new to html/css/php etc will find usefull. While it is dark, I don't see it as being too dark, there are sites that use dark grey type on black backgrounds, Yours has a good balance of foreground to background color.
