I think dull is the best word I can come up with. Apart from the header the first screen full of your site is black and white. The first time I looked I didnt even realised there was more content.

Speaking of which, your first page is waaaaay to long. split your content up into seperate pages. It'll be much more usable that way.

it's not working for me, the home page is way to long. cannot be bothered to read what it is all about.
you have borken a key design rule - too many different fonts. differrent sizes, bold, narrow, double bold, very difficult on the eye.

i am sure the site has lots of content but finding it is another matter!

Way too much words and it's too narrow. Many visitors would leave because of that. There's nothing there that attracts people, and you have to scroll a lot to see all the info. You should put seperate the info into other pages and link them.

I may just be repeating what others have said but I will give you my comments anyway.

1) The page is not appealing to the eye, too many different fonts and way too much bold.

2) It's not obvious what the website is about on first glance - I actually went back twice and im still debating what you do?

3) Lack of structure - The first page is way too long - it should be short, snappy, to the point - this is who we are this is what we do and this is how you do it.

break the page down - use a navigation bar - all the quotes you have are nice - but couldn't they go under a link called Quotes? You would almost half your web page length instantly.

Just my thoughts

Hope that helped a bit.
