Thanks for reviewing some of the others sites, it helps all concerned to have a fresh pair of eyes look over their site and give a different view. It can also help you to get new ideas as well.
I quite like your site, nice and fresh looking, however it was very slow loading for me and I have a cable connection! Possibly being caused by your nested tables as well as the graphics. Why have you got one main table set at 100% wide and then other tables within that?
I like the pictures you have on there and for once I like the flash used giving some movement to the page. But the page does seem a little cluttered, with small text and at 800*600 there is a small horizontal scrollbar. I would also suggest an external style sheet for your CSS as it'll be easier to change globally.
My only other comment is that IMO the top looks like it's missing something with the whitespace above the logo, maybe move that all up a bit.
Good work

It's next year now
It is very slow loading on 56k. you have over 200kb which took over 2 minutes to load (flash didnt load in Opera)
It's a nice site and layout but isn't the easiest site to work with, you have all these sections on the main page with no set order or anything saying go here first, start here and work through ...
The flash isnt bad but where it is (on 800x600) takes over most of the screen with a big blank section up top. (you mentioned a banner will go there). the first page is very colourful and exciting (maybe to exciting) and the rest of the site is just white and blues with a word or two in orange. maybe tone down the first page or bring some of the first page into the site, carry the theme through some more.
You could actually be mistaken for being at a different site as there is that much difference in layout.
On the project pages you have (left navigation) the headings underlined - which arent links and the links with no underline which is totally opposite to the rest of the page, all links are default underlined. since it would be people with little knowledge requesting quotes they may get confused

I think the main page looks very nice, but once you click on a link to a subpage, the quality drops (mainly caused by the left menubar). Another thing is that the text and the links look alike on the main page which makes it very hard to know what you can and cannot click on.

I like the design and feel of the site. The site has good content and everything flows together nicely. The colors work together nicely as well. The only problem I see is the load time, some people on 56 k might now wait for the whole page to load. I'd also make the logo at the top left link back to your main page, I think that's something most sites do..

I quite like your Web site. As The Webmistress said, the colours make it look nice and fresh. The banner at the top kind of ruins the whole site though. Maybe you could move it to the bottom?
