Okay:

First page: Love it! great design. love it.....

Second Page: again, great graphic design, but make sure it doesn't clash with the rest of the pages. I don't think those menu bars work very well.

Third Page: Ditto.

Fourth Page: again, ditto.

Things are looking really nice, but I couldn't tell what your site is about from the intro page. Impressive none the less.

The effect on that woman's face is freeeeaky! cool!

I've been watching thise for a few minutes now and I'm ready to turn it off. The music is too loud and I can't find an off button. The navigation items below the photos don't seem to work for me, and I don't even know what this site is supposed to be about. The flashing photos on the right side are annoying. Oh, okay, work in progress - I guess those buttons just don't work right. If that's just an intro it should do a better job of explaining what this site is about.

This design is nice and would make sense if this was a photography site. Otherwise, why concentrate on photos?

The subsquent pages are also nice but don't seem to relate to the opening flash bit. You've got two very different styles going here and should focus on one (either clear photos like the intor or sketchy grunge style graphics like the other pages). The logo also changes between the two designs (llc and graphic thingy added in flash page). The "new thought is born" text is done in a different font.

These designs really seem to emphasize graphics over content. It's hard ot read the content on top of those backgrounds. The page headers are basically unreadable and the navbar text isn't all that clear either. I'm also not sure about the two separate navbars there. Seems a little excessive, but the visual effect is sort of interesting. Maybe lose the 3D effect and do them in a different colour.

Overall I'm most attracted to the "order" page. The design here is the most original with the yellow and green colours cheme, and the grey box makes the content easy to read. I'm struck by the originality of the design. Maybe you could market yourself towards more cutting edge, artistic businesses. The artistic talent is certainly there.

Still waiting for the navigation buttons to work, they seem unclickable and the image at the right hand side is freaking me out, i think it would be better if you make it loop once, but an infinity loop doens't encourage me to visit the site again.
Something positive about the site is the color combination and the pretty lady on the front page. love the b.

I quite like them all but just find the header section far to big and in your face. With the headers ebing so high you are forcing the content of the site so far down the page causing more scrolling than I think is necessary.

You also have a horizontal scrollbar at 800*600 because the header graphic is 799 pixels wide and the maximum you can have with 0 margins is 770.

Personally, I hate flash, I have dial up and it takes forever to load.

2 hours later...
still loading

thats all I have to say,

The contend on each page is very concise and clear.

However, graphically wise, some work should be done. For example the color of the image on the career page is too much aggressive. Also, all the pictures take way too much space considering the contend.
Some pictures also need some work in the color department. For example, in the contact us page, I can't tell what is actually the picture.

well, i still like the first page, but here is the thing...the other pages completely clash with the index! The graphic design aspect is definitely there, but I just don't think that it HAS to be. Try thinking a little more simply. For example, the CAREERS page has so many vibrant colors I could feel my eyes starting to melt.

Simplicity my man, its always the way to go. Try to keep to how the index page looks --> A nice (not so big) banner, and white space in the text area.

Right now, everything just clashes way too much.

One last thing, those dark bars the supposedly line out the banner really do nothing more than just look wierd and out of place.

Sorry for trashing your site so much, but thats my 2 cents. I still love your intro page though!!!!! Laughing out loud:D:D

Some clarification about... :

1) I want that the first page clash to other pages (it's a sort of effect)

2) I want that The Careers page has vibrant colours because represent the passion of work (it's like a painting)

3) All the internal pages are like a painting and you know, there are different paintings.

anyway thanks for your review.

Your clarifications are interesting. Will you be there to clarify you pages meaning to all your clients? (sarcasm sorry)

First a sites design should be sympathetic to the business it's for. For example this design would not be appropriate for a law firm. But for a design business it's not bad. It shows an adventurous eye.

The flash image on the front page is visually very appealing. However the load time... I would suggest two things.

1) Try to make it small and more concise. Crop it? eliminate less effective sections?
"Drama is life without the boring parts." Alfred Hitchcock
2) Have a way to turn the sound off. As a matter of fact your clients should be able to stop it immediately. The flashing and sound are inappropriate for tired people.

Also the fonts on the flash page are unreadable to me right now. I've been on my box all day and my eyes are tired. I know all flash designers love faded type on light backgrounds but you are the only people who like it.
