The main blue and orange work well together (as long as they aren't on top of each other) and the gray mixes in ok. Where you lose me is in the content area. Suddenly you seem to be working in about every shade of blue you can find. I'd try to stick to the main colour scheme that you have in place elsewhere.

The animations (flash) in the header part look really good. Nice touch.
IMO, the links at the very top would be more visible if they were in the orange part just to the right of the search box. They are sorta up there all alone.
The blue color that you are using for the background where is says, "HostingDog offers quality WebHosting packages at an Affordable Price......." doesn't match the other blue colors IMO but it doesn't look bad. This blue is used on the other pages as well. Have you considered using white there? It just seems like too many shades of blue. Just a personal color opinion.
I like the colors that are used on the http://www.hostingdogsupport.net/ page.
One thing that that is bothering me a wee bit is that the whole screen is filled. Seems like it may look better if some white background were visible on all sides. (just a thought)
Nice work hostdog. I hope I didn't come across as being too harsh.

I think that the header area is too deep, you have to scroll at 800*600 to get to the main content and I think the main stuff should be more visable straight away. I also get a horizontal scrollbar at 800*600 in all browsers.
In NS4.7 the flash isn't working so there is just a big blanks white space and a lot of other things aren't lining up properly. In NS7 it appears as it does in IE6 but in Opera6 (as opera) the flash is also not showing and the white line you have separating the text from the picture in 'A look Into Technology' actually cuts through the text here.

Set the background to be white, or else it defaults to my custom browser setting of grey.

It's good but like the others said its a bit overcooked. A bit more white maybe tighten up the blues and I dont really like the news section on the left (white text on blue). Its nice enough though.
