Well, I know you are just starting out but you are going to need a portfolio. This is the first thing visitors look for. Surely, if you are planning to make a business out of this, you must have designed some other sites?
On the coding side, there is room for improvement. This is clearly not hand-coded, appears to be NetObjects Fusion? Not the ideal wysiwyg editor for a professional.
As an aside, since when is bronze higher than silver and gold?
good luck

Here is the things that stood out to me as I visited your site.
Home page:
The bottom half, where you give an overview of your services, it appears confusing to me without distinctive grouping of the services and their descriptions. i.e. "Professional Web Site Design for Small Business and Personal Websites" followed in the next paragraph by "Including unlimited text (provided by client) and any photos/images you wish to use." Was this intended to be just one sentence that was broken up.
Packages Page:
On this and other pages, you use underlining for headings, not a good idea, as it makes it appear as links. Also see note below about the title in the main content area.
Services Page:
The spacing around the different sections could be more uniform. Also see note below about the title in the main content area.
Free Quote Page:
On the text boxes, you have their description as part of the entered text. This makes it difficult to navigate, when I click on the NAME one, the cursor was on the right so I could enter my name, however, when I hit tab to go to the next one, "Email:" is highlighted, so I have to hit another key or click the mouse to not erase it. Also, there appears to be no checking on the form, it would let me submit an empty form. Also once submitted, I was just taken back to your home page, nothing confirming the info was sent.
Hosting Page:
Again as with the home page, everything towards the bottom is all the same style, color, etc, so it all blends too much.
FAQ Page:
Again the spacing could be more uniform, some questions have more space between them than others
Company Page:
You use the word "I" throughout the page, but towards the bottom, you have "Contact Patti today...". To fit in with the rest of the page, it would read better as "Contact me today...".
Resources Page:
While you have a nice variety of links, it seems unusual for a web design company to give links to other design companies and resources to let people build their own sites. Seems to me you are just providing them with a method to not pay for your services. I forget which one it was, but there was one link that went to a page that didn't exist. As a general rule, it is a good idea to have all links to pages outside of your site open in a new window (and let the people know this will happen.)
The whole site overall:
The layout should be uniform among the pages. If you just go down your menu on the left, there are different margins and spacings on the pages for the titles and content.
I just noticed one other strange item. Go to just about any page, and hit CTRL-A (for windows systems) to select all. What is with all the extra space at the end of each line? I took a look at the code, tons of 's all over the place! I am hoping you did not use these in attempt for spacing. It is not much, but these do add to the total size of the page that has to download, wasted bytes.
Lastly, I feel all sites should have a "Last updated" date on each page, especially any that list prices. There are tons of abandoned sites out there, show that yours is current!
Well those are the points I would address if it was my site. Remember all of this is just my opinion I hope it helps you in improving your site and wish you the best of luck in the business!

Hey,
get some bigger links on your left hand side bar!
I nearly need glasses to see them.
On your FAQ there is a lot of space between the top of the page and the start of text. Same with the bottom of the page, This is on quitea few pages actually.
I would also get some bigger fonts on the pages for titles, sometimes its just in exactly the same size text as the rest of the page!

I would say it looks clean, but you have way too much text on your home page. I love simple home pages.
