The layout is very grey/black...I get thats you theme UNTIL you see the red in the graphics. I think if you going to have that, increase the red used, otherwise it is pointless as it 150x overpowered by the black/grey look.
You design is bit tough to flow with, as none of the colors lead or blend into each other, and the grey on black doesn't make certain things stand out. The red is a good concept you just need to impliment it more. Another good choice to include, for darkness but difference would be Maroon.
The home page didn't fit across my screen. In the top graphic I saw the "Dirt4Fun" part fine, but below that all I saw was "Your Motorcross Head" (just made out the round part of the "d" in Head, too). All the other pages I checked seemed to show fine on my screen (which is an MSNtv screen, btw). Also, the box with the links to the race results, race images, etc., was quite far down the page from the top graphic, at least on my browser. Is this space reserved for something else?
As for the colors, I personally like the dark gray, but white on black can be a bit hard on the eyes. A dull beige or even whitesmoke would take some of the brightness away. Or, some of the blacks could be replaced with dark reddish-browns. The color #663333 is an example of what I'm talking about (similar to the maroon ShaneS mentioned) which could be used to add a little more warmth to the site and to add to the small amount of reds.
Hope that helps some.

The layout does not fit the screen, you need to scroll to the right, that is a bit annoying. Try resizing your tables to fix that.
The font size used in your left menu boxes is not constant, some are barley readable others are larger.
I think you have a nice design going there and the gray look could work fine, but you need to try different font colors for your links, as they just don’t stand out enough.
With a bit of tuning up I think you will have a grate site.
Your navigation links should definitely be a consistant size, colour & look, both top & side, and I agree that it is an ok layout it needs the white toning down and more of the red colour to spice it up a bit. The logo/header needs some work IMO as it kind of overpowers but is quite boring as well, some colour there would be good.
