graphics look good and clean and the theme is consistant.
Two things right off the bat, it took 10sec for the page to load on broadband so I'm concerned how long it would take on a dial-up. Also the size of the screen. I'm using 800x600 which is pretty typical and I was nearly done looking at your front page before I ever realized that there was content on the right side. It's completely lost off the side (on some other pages it at least comes into view so at least you know it's there).
Now my biggest overall observation is the enormous amount of content. That's a good thing. I wish I had that much content on my sites. But the problem I had with it was the navigation. That's a ton of links in the left side navigation, covering four "page downs". Like I said, content-rich is good, but it was so overwhelming to me that I didn't want to take the time to read each and every line to find content I may be interested in. My first suggestion would be to limit the main navigation to only broad categories, then reveal the detailed in-depth content within each 'category section page'. (Somebody can easily didagree with me on this, though).
One last thing, once I delved into some examples of your content I wanted to get back to the home page and found it difficult. You should make your header logo (or part of it) a link back to the home url.
To end on a positive note, overall has clean graphics with a clear and consistant theme to it, and had a plethora of content. Good luck with it.
Thank you very much... I will set the site to display at 100% ..
also... yeah the link back is a good idea as well... since this site is constantly in development all this critisism is good

Oh I am having the 800X600 Dial-Up Blues with this one.
Took way to long to load with all those graphics and I am getting a horizontal scroll bar so bad that I can't see the right hand column without scrolling right.
The graphics are really nice looking and I love the colors. But...are they practical? If you are gonna use the graphics you really need to sacrifice something here on the front page to help with the load time. That is unless all of your visitors have super fast connections. I know if I came upon this site, I would be out of there pretty fast if something didn't really catch my eye.
Also, I notice that on the left side nav, you have a seperate graphic box for the search box, the forum link and the web cam. Same on the right side for the big story of today and old articles
Ditch the graphic below "Needing Services?" Also, I would move the "Dear Tech Support:" stuff at the bottom to a page of its own. Just seems to be way to much stuff on the front page.
One other thing. The swirling blue balls are nice looking but do they have a purpose? (thinking load time)
Hope I didn't sound too critical. Just telling you how I see the site. Nice job though and again, I think the colors are good.

The idea behind your site is pretty cool but that black background may be better off changed.

It's not just about being active, the idea is to help out others and then they will help you. By reviewing others sites you will gain ideas as well.
