We do ask, as per the Posting Policy that you review some of the others sites in the section before asking for a critique on your own site. Could you possibly do some reviews and then I'm sure you'll get lots of reviews for yours.

It is a nice looking site. Although, little to boring for me...
You do not have enough info about the exchange though. If I was a visitor I would not sign up because I would not know what I was signing up for!

First off, I don't quite like the site hanging my computer for a while. I think the click bullied my computer.
Remove the scrolling ticker thingy at the bottom, its very distracting and add a background colour to your pages. Never assume anything about a user, including having the background colour default set to white.
On your contact page, you have a smilie. I suggest you remove it, it looks very unprofessional.
The title text "ClickBully.com, Whip your traffic into shape" can be put in as text, you need not put in into an image, you can achieve exactly the same results with (X)HTML and CSS.
Why is my IP displayed on the sign up page? I am perfectly aware of what my IP is. Also, at the bottom of every page there is a big huge gap which is just not needed, try getting rid of that as well.

I am still waiting on the email with my password.
Its seems a little slow really, it should be quicker than that. 10 minutes and counting...
It looks ok, I think more details about what you offer and how it works might be a little better.

You should have got your password instantly.
It is showing in the admin system that it was sent and is waiting to be verified.

My opinion is that you may want to compose your index page similar to the rest of your pages. Every other page has a blue header on top, the main index page does not.

The banner at the top is a bit close to your logo. Shrink your logo a little bit to leave a bit of space between the two. Trust me, it'll look much better!

I think you've got a good start here. The biggest problem with your front page is all that text at the bottom. Visiaully it distracts from the graphic and since it's centered the text is rather hard to read. I would take out the text and put the whole graphic on a blue background - either darker (so the elbow is still sticking out of something), or the same shade as the center part. That would have a lot more impact. You could then put the bottom text section on a separate information page. Actually, I think it would be fine to leave the text there as long as the colour scheme blends more with the graphic part.
This graphic looks great but I don't see a logo anywhere (unless it's in the banner-shaped graphic that's not showing up at the top). That "bully" with the mouse is really very effective.
Once I get into the site it seems to have no relation whatsoever to what I saw on the front page. You have to carry the design over from the front page to the middle. THere needs to be some coherencey to your look and feel to give the users a solid impression of your brand. Use the same colour scheme and graphics.
In the inside of the site the FAQ (as labelled on the front) is called Help. That should be consistent.
