Is this the same site as the "Anybody Using Microsoft Publisher 2000" thread? you mentioned 3 sites in one, so if they are meant to be different they can be seperate, if they are the same they will be merged.

This is my first shot at being a webmaster and I need to have my own server and boy is it difficult without a static ip. I really need some feedback on the site. My site is here

You know what? That doesn't work. It still doesn't work, so whoever has sold you that isn't doing you any favours!

Upload your site to geocities and we can help you from there, but it's just getting frustrating trying to load a site that doesn't ever come in.

You could have a loop on your page (not sure what's on it) that's causing problems on the server, the server could be having problems, all sorts of things could be happening.

But that IP address, regardless, doesn't work.
